The twin-screw process gas compressor system is mainly used in the petrochemical field. It is widely applied in the recovery, transportation, and pressurization of various non-air process gases, hazardous gases, and inert gases. With excellent performance, it is currently the preferred equipment for transporting torch gas, decomposition gas, condensate gas, natural gas, process tail gas, and inert process gases in China. Depending on different operating conditions and the characteristics of the transported gas, it can be configured as either a purely dry oil-free type or a liquid-injected type. It has unique advantages: it can transport dusty and liquid-containing gases; it is insensitive to variations in gas composition, molecular weight, and compression ratio; it operates without surge; liquid injection can be used if necessary to cool the gas and wash away condensates; its components have long service life with no easily worn or consumable parts.
It can handle capacities ranging from 300 to 10,000 Nm³/h, with discharge pressure ≤ 2.4 MPaA and compression ratio ≤ 11. It can be applied in the following scenarios:
Recovery of process vent gas, tail gas (torch gas), and decomposition gases, such as styrene tail gas, sulfur gas, vinyl chloride, butadiene, epichlorohydrin, acetylene, coke oven gas, nitrogen, ammonia, hydrogen, CO, CO₂, coal gas, propane gas, light hydrocarbon gas, blast furnace gas, and other combustible gases; recovery of crude oil and condensate stabilization gases (flash steam), large storage tank gases; pressurized transportation of oil well natural gas, associated gas, and wet gas; coalbed methane transportation, etc.
