The twin-screw process gas compressor system is mainly applied in oil refining and chemical production. It is widely used in the recovery, transportation and pressurization of various non-air process gases, hazardous gases and inert gases. It is currently a commonly used equipment for the transportation of flare gas, desorption gas, condensate gas, natural gas, process tail gas and inert gas process gases in China. According to different working conditions and the characteristics of the conveyed medium gas, two types can be adopted: pure dry oil-free type and liquid injection type.
It can be applied to: process exhaust air, tail gas (flare gas), desorption gas recovery (styrene tail gas, sulfur gas, vinyl chloride, butadiene, epichlorohydrin, acetylene, coke oven gas, nitrogen, ammonia, hydrogen, CO, CO₂, coal gas, propane gas, light hydrocarbon gas, blast furnace gas and other combustible gases, etc.); Crude oil, condensate oil stabilization gas (hydrocarbon vapor), large oil tank gas recovery, oil well natural gas, associated gas, and wet gas pressurized transportation; Coalbed methane transportation, etc.
